Shipping Policy

All paper prints, and originals are shipped via Australia Post. Tracking information is provided to you once your order has been dispatched. Yes, we do ship overseas.

*During busy sale periods there may be delays in dispatching.

Express Shipping

Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping! Australia Post is unable to guarantee express shipping due to the impact of Covid-19 and we have found that for international orders specifically, express shipping does not impact the time frame in which you will receive the item.

My order hasn’t been dispatched yet; can you help?

My studio is dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. Please note, all reproductions / prints are made when they are ordered. I then collect them and they are signed and numbered with a certificate of authenticity also produced by me at the time of sale. I then pack the prints / paintings and send them off. There is sometimes a 2 week turnaround for the work and so especially during peak periods, delays in despatching orders may occur. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and thank you greatly for your patience.

We have no control over the timeframe in which you order will be delivered. All we can do is to restate the information provided by Australia Post’s tracking page. You are provided with this tracking information when your order is fulfilled. I will endeavour to keep you up to date with where your print / painting is, but cannot promise arrival dates or times.

Duties and Taxes

The studio is operated in Queensland, Australia and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals, and other merchandise.

It is your responsibility to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).
