Refund Policy

The return or exchange of artwork is acceptable here at Juanita Smith Art. We understand that art can look different in person compared to the online representation of the product. We endeavour to represent the artwork to you as best as we can, however, discrepancies in overall colour and texture of the artwork may vary. Returns and exchanges are done on a case-by-case basis. To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions.

Please inspect you order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For custom made products such as special orders or personalized items, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

As per Australia’s consumer protection laws, shipping fees and any and all returned items within good faith are not covered by the studio. Only faulty merchandise or products not covered under consumer guarantee will return shipment be paid by the studio. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.


We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace, or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For instance, placing a fingerprint on a white border, ripping the paper, etc.

As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if/ when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise had been dispatched. Every print is inspected a minimum of three times before clearing for shipment and only pristine purchased reproductions are packaged for you to enjoy. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase.

We are confident that you will love your new artwork and are committed to offering the highest quality fine art products for you to enjoy! Below are our policies on returns for each product. We honour a 14 day return policy on eligible products. We do our best to offer colour accurate photography of the artwork, but some calibrations may vary between devices.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
